Pod Points Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership
Pod Points is the free customer loyalty programme operated by IsopodsOnline. Membership is available to customers who create an account with IsopodsOnline.

2. Earning Pod Points
Customers earn 10 Pod Points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases through the IsopodsOnline website.

Points are awarded based on the eligible purchase value and are added to the customer's loyalty account in accordance with the Wix loyalty programme.

Pod Points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value outside the rewards offered through the programme.

3. Redeeming Pod Points
Pod Points can be exchanged for the rewards available through the IsopodsOnline loyalty programme.

Rewards are issued as discount coupons and can be used subject to any conditions shown when the reward is claimed.

4. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Where an order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded, any Pod Points awarded in relation to the refunded portion may be removed from the customer's account.

5. One account per customer
Customers should have one Pod Points account. We reserve the right to correct points that have been awarded incorrectly, including where points have resulted from a technical error or misuse of the programme.

6. Changes to Pod Points
We may occasionally change the number of points awarded for particular activities or the rewards available. Any significant changes will be communicated to members where appropriate.

Points already legitimately earned will not be removed simply because the earning rate or rewards subsequently change.

7. Ending the scheme
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently withdraw the Pod Points programme where reasonably necessary. Where the programme is permanently withdrawn, we will give members reasonable notice and, where appropriate, an opportunity to use valid rewards already issued.

8. Misuse
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action where we reasonably believe the Pod Points programme has been deliberately misused, manipulated or abused.

9. Personal information
Personal information relating to Pod Points membership is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Statutory rights
Pod Points are a promotional loyalty benefit and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
